Henry's First Day of Preschool!!

Henry Jon had his first day of 3 year old preschool today! We were all very excited and he did great! We took him in, found his name tag to hang on the board that he was there for the day, and got him set up at one of the tables to play with play doh. After telling him we were going to go and pick him up when school was over, we walked away and he was just fine. I snuck a peek as I was walking out the door, and he was watching (as usual) but didn't seem upset at all and away we went.










He decided to get down for a senior picture pose quick.

Grandma Barb, Nora and I went and did a little shopping while he was at school. Henry has recess as his last center of the day, so we drove by 4 times to watch him play before we stopped to pick him up. He was huddled in the crowd with all the rest of the kids at the sand box having a great time. We peeked over the fence to watch all the kids get their backpacks on and sing their goodbye song and that was it. He walked out, scanned the crowd, found us and ran over. He said he had a good time and wanted to go back tomorrow and that is all I needed to hear. We went to Panera for some much needed mac and cheese for our guy and home for a Skype with Daddy.

We are so proud of our big guy and can't wait to see all the fun things school has in store for him and how he grows over the next year! :)

Ten Months

Miss Moo! Ten Months!

Nora B in your tenth month you...

• weigh a little over 20 lbs, wear size 3 diapers and wear 9-12 month clothes
• love to wave and reach out to people on Skype
• say mamama, da da da da, ba ba, and other babble
• can entertain yourself for the longest time
• LOVE watermelon! 
• are happy almost all of the time, but when you are sad, it is oh so sad! 
• are an expert at cleaning up all the food under your high chair once we get you out
• have learned how to open up the cupboards in the kitchen
• are obsessed with crawling in the bathroom
• sign more
• still do not have any teeth
• still do not sleep all night..... but you are getting closer
• love your chew chew
• think Henry is pretty much the best thing ever.. most of the time
• throw all the magnets from the fridge as fast as you can
• have started to take steps away from things
• eat pretty much anything that we give you
• are so so so sassy!
