H: Mom, Mom, Mom, What's this?
M: That's your nipple.
H: Mom, what is this?
M: That is your other nipple.
H: My nipple.... Other nipple (while pointing them out in the Tv reflection)
H: Mom, you have nipple?
M: Yes Henry, I do.
H: Nora have nipple too.
M: Yep.
H: Mom, Dad have 3 nipples.
M: I sure hope not. I think he just has 2.
H: Mom, I have 5 nipples.
M: Well bud, everyone just has 2 nipples, so if you have five, that's crazy buddy!
H: Crazy.


H: (sneezed) Mom! I sneezed. Oh bless you Henry. Mom! Mom! Bless you Henry!
M: Bless you Henry!
H: Thank you.


And this was just in the last 15 minutes. No wonder Dan says my days are comical. :)

One Year Ago

This picture was taken 2.26.11. Snuggling with my guy at Gma Barb's taking a little snooze. Apparently the first trimester tiredness got to both of us. I can still remember him crawling up on the couch with me. I covered him up and hoped he would just lay for a second, and he fell asleep for an hour. Loves.

Funny Henry Moment I don't want to forget:
We were driving back from the car wash and Nora was in the backseat crying super hard and I said "Chill out girlfriend!" Hj said, "yeah, chili out girl!"

4 Months Old!

Our sweet baby girl is four months old today! :)

Nora Beverly in your fourth month you...

• weigh 15lbs (77%) are 24.5 inch long (56%) and your head is 16.5 in (74%)
• still wear size 2 diapers and mostly 3-6 month clothes although it seems they are getting a little snug
• still absolutely love watching everything that Henry does all day long.
• reach out and grab pretty much anything in your reach, especially if it rattles.
• now sleep in the same room as your big brother. This also means you have stopped sleeping through the night, but we are hoping it picks back up soon!!
• have fallen in love with your pacifier.
• have learned how to scream ever so loudly. It is hilarious how loud you get!
• blow raspberries all day long and have started to drool all over the place.
• like to listen to stories at Henry's nap time. He gets frustrated when you grab the book away.
• do not like to be left out when we eat supper!
• have the biggest smile we can't get enough of. It's the best!
• still like to put your entire fist in your mouth, both fists at the same time is even better.
• roll over randomly. I know you can do it, but it is more fun if Mommy just rolls you over instead.
• love to hold on to Mommy's hands and be pulled up to sitting, then to standing. Henry's calls you "biggsy girl" each time and you smile right at him.
• have started to be put down for naps instead of taking them in Mommy's arms. Nice :)
• can turn your head to follow sounds
• love taking a bath, but think you are a big girl and want to sit up instead of lay back in your whale tub.
• took your first trip to Des Moines to visit Aunt Jenny and meet Tiffany, Kallen and Lincoln!
• have become very efficient at eating and only take 10 minutes maximum anymore. You still eat every 2-3 hours.
• Sat in your bumbo for the first time!
